Das Hotel liegt unglaublich zentral, zusammen mit der stark frequentierten Pizzeria, welche sehr zu empfehlen ist. Unser Zimmer war hell und freundlich, neuwertig und lag direkt über dieser Pizzeria, welche in keinster Weise unsere Nachtruhe störte. Die Zimmer Ausstattung bei hell und freundlich und sauber.
Der Wert, das Personal war trotz aller Auslastung immer hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Achtung bei Gästen mit mobilem Handicap: es gibt leider keinen Fahrstuhl, was den Zugang zum Zimmer etwas beschwerlich macht. Aber das wussten wir vorher, also kein Mangel!

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, der Gastwirt ist sehr nett und die Lage für einen Besuch der Luisenburgfestspiele ideal! Frühstücken kann man gleich nebenan bei einem Bäcker sehr lecker!

The owner was hospitable and nice face to face. Even though I was the only visitor at the time, he prepared a three-person breakfast just for me.
The hotel owner speaks only German. After I left, I sent a message to the owner (he doesn't provide an email) asking for a legal invoice of my one-day stay in the hotel. After a month I haven't received an answer.
P.S. I sent the SMS both in English and German and I also provided my email to respond. I faced a problem with his unresponsiveness since I needed the invoice for my business expenses.
