Situated in the hills south of Lamai, within one of the most sought-after residential areas in a quiet neighborhood, this 150 sqm villa is a haven of tranquility, yet only a few minutes away from Samui's second-largest vibrant town and various beaches. The transfer from the airport takes approximately 25 minutes.
OUTDOOR AREAS
The villa boasts a vast and stunning tropical garden (1440 sqm), featuring a private waterfall at the yard's bottom. Alongside a balcony (in the bedroom) and a spacious garden terrace, the villa also includes an outdoor pavilion, a rooftop terrace with panoramic views, and parking space for 2 cars.

Embracing minimalism to the fullest, the villa will captivate you with its modern, stylish decor for an unforgettable stay. The villa has one bedroom with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, and a cozy living room. All rooms are equipped with exquisite teak wood furniture and meet the highest comfort standards: High-speed internet (fiber-optic), air conditioning, fans, a washing machine, as well as a kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc.,
SUITABLE FOR
Built and designed in 2018 with sensitivity to the local context, combined with the form-making principles of modernism, the villa is the ideal retreat for couples, nature and yoga enthusiasts, solo adventurers, business travelers, or long-term tourists. The villa is not suitable for physically challenged individuals. Due to its hillside location, private transportation is recommended. Please note that the road to the villa has a steep gradient in the last 200 meters.
ACCESS
Guests have exclusive access to all outdoor and indoor areas of the house except for the lower bedroom which is closed for Storage.
ABOUT LAMAI
Lamai Beach is Koh Samui’s second biggest beach after Chaweng and about 10 kilometers further south. The beach stretches out over 5 kilometers of golden sand all along the east coast in breathtaking scenery.
The vibe in Lamai is much more laid-back and less upmarket than Chaweng, but still offers lively nightlife and an array of activities such as diving, sailing, tennis, hiking, Thai boxing, and much more. You will find most of the restaurants, bars, live music venues, beach clubs, coffee shops, and shopping on the Lamai Beach Road.
In the streets of Lamai, you can still experience everyday Thai life and culture and explore the local markets such as the Lamai Night Market or the Lamai Food Market with an incredible selection of traditional or regional Thai food and street food.
South of Lamai, you find the fishing village Hua Thanon. The main traditional fishing fleet is based here, where nothing much has changed over time or been affected by tourism. Daily life continues pretty much as it has done for hundreds of years, and you can explore the local culture and visit one of Samui's largest fish markets.

Summary of reviewsLuxurious accommodation with privacy and breathtaking views. Well-equipped kitchen, fast internet, modern living room, and fantastic sea view. The three months flew by. Bee was always there for any small problems. Beautiful house with floor-to-ceiling windows, practical fly screens, dreamy view from every room, even the shower! Lovely garden. Access road is a bit steep but leads to paradise. Stunning property with immediate sea views from the doorstep. Perfect for a dreamy vacation!

In diesem Haus passt alles. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, schnelles Internet, modernes Wohnzimmer und ein traumhafter Meerblick. Die drei Monate vergingen wie im Flug. Bei kleinen Problemen war Bee sofort zur Stelle.
Aufgrund der Berglage ist es sehr vorteilhaft ein motorisiertes Fahrzeug zu haben.

Das Haus ist wunderschön mit seinen bis am Boden reichenden Fenstern, sehr praktisch sind die Fliegengitter, die es ermöglichen, immer das Haus gut zu durchlüften. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft, kurz oberhalb der Villa befindet sich der Aussichtspunkt Overlap Stone, aber wir hatten den gleichen Ausblick von jedem Zimmer, sogar aus der Dusche! Wunderschöner Garten ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Anfahrt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sie schon ziemlich steil ist. Aber man gelangt danach ins Paradies!

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen ! Die Haustüre wird aufgesperrt und du blickst sofort auf;s Meer. Du wachst morgens auf und hast vom Bett aus einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Sonnenaufgang. Du stehst in der Dusche und blickst auf;s Meer. In diesem Haus ist alles vorhanden was das Leben schöner macht. Es lädt zum Träumen ein - zum relaxen. Ich war 23 Nächte in diesem Haus und es war ein wunderbarer Platz für meinen Urlaub! Wenn wieder Ko Samui - dann dieser Platz dieses Haus !!!
