This Mallorcan villa was built as recently as 2005 and is located just 3 km outside of Campos in a completely secluded setting on a 15,000-square-meter lot that is fully fenced. 3 stories including the attic, approx. 300 square meters of terraces, some covered and furnished. Large garden with a pool (10 x 20 square meters). Free Wi-Fi. All rooms are air-conditioned. A 5-minute drive to Campos for shops, bars, and restaurants; approximately a 10-minute drive to the coast and the long natural sandy beach of Es Trenc. Five double bedrooms, five bathrooms (3 en suite on the upper floor), plus two additional bedrooms in the attic. Ideal occupancy: 10–12 adults, 3 children/teens, and one toddler (up to 3 years old). A total of 7 bedrooms with 15 beds are available. The converted attic, accessible through a round archway, features two additional bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. Das Anwesen ist sehr schön und gut geeignet für mehrere Familien. Zwei geräumige Zimmer sind mit ensuite Bad ausgestattet. Die zwei Zimmer im Dachgeschoss sind für Kinder gut geeignet. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit reichlich Geschirr, Besteck etc. Die Lage ist sehr ländlich, es sind aber nur ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum nächsten Bäcker, Supermarkt etc. Der Strand Es Trenc ist relativ schnell zu erreichen. Ein großer fest installierter Grill befindet sich in der Garage, gemütlicher wäre es gewesen, diesen in der Nähe der Veranda zu haben. Uns hat es ínsgesamt gut gefallen.Noch schöner wäre die Innenausstattung, wenn man auf die vielen künstlichen Blumen und Pflanzen verzichten würde. Gute Betreuung vor Ort.
