Beautiful beach in front yard. Carlos and his staff were super helpful.
Could use AC in main living area, it made it difficult to cool off the upstairs room.

The location. It is quite close to two of the most beautiful places around the island. Beautiful and clean apartment. Easy to access. There are very nice restaurants around (the closest one is not the best, but there are other two around which are great : Ran de Mar and Bar Esperanza).
The only issue is that it is far from Palma. So, if the intention of the voyager is to be close to Palma and its attractions, this is not the best location. To get in a calm place and profit from the region, this is perfect.

Incredible spot! Beachfront and easy to get to other parts of the island by car. Great touches by the host that made it a perfect stay.
