Appartamento grazioso e accogliente, anche per 5 persone. Zona residenziale tranquilla e vicina al centro di Parenzo.
Vicino alla pineta e spiaggia a qualche centinaia di metri.

Sehr schöne ruhige,saubere Wohnung,wir haben nichts vermisst...Herr und Frau Duwe sehr nette Vemieter die immer ein offenes Ohr haben...es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub...wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr...

Seit vielen Jahren fühlen wir uns in dieser Umgebung wie zu Hause. Es passt schlicht weg alles. Alles was wir für einen erholsamen Urlaub brauchen und wünschen ist vorhanden. Und das tolle ist, wir sehen immer wieder die gleichen Nachbarn - also auch dort scheinen sich alle wohl zu fühlen.

terrasse 20 qm super. wohneinheit 75 qm wäre super - muss man allerdings 20 qm der terasse abziehen = 55 qm.
schlafzimmer 9 qm + 2. schlafzimmer 8 qm geht absolut gar nicht.
wohnung für max. 2 erwachsene + 2 kinder
