Chalet très cosy, très bien équipé et très propre. Les chambres sont confortables. L'environnement est très calme. Parking très facile, l'accès par le sous-sol facilite grandement les sorties par temps de neige et la gestion du matériel.
Le seul bémol, mineur, concerne la communication. Elle s'est faite en anglais, alors que je suis un locataire français, louant un chalet dans une ville française. Cela pourrait éventuellement poser problème à ceux qui sont moins à l'aise en anglais.

The place was very cosy.
The managing company was not quite reactive on messages. The phone numbers provided don't match. There was no clear indication on where to throw the trash. We finally found a street trash in front of a bakery nearby where we disposed our trash just before leaving.
Also, there was a heavy snowfall on Thursday and our car got stuck in the snow. Once we got it out I had to park it in the private parking place of the sport's store nearby because our driveway was completely blocked. The next morning I went to pick up the car and the shop owner was not happy about me parking my car there because the snowplow couldn't clean my spot. I had to park it in front of a bakery and wait until 11 am for a contractor to show up and clear our driveway. The third and fourth days the clearing was done much smoother, more frequently and on time.

The location was quiet and the accommodation was good quality with nothing really wanting.
This is the first problem we have had with booking.com after many bookings over many years. The address of the property on booking.com was totally incorrect. We arrived at 6.30pm with 2 infants after a torturous mountain drive only to find the address we were directed to was not Chalet Coralie. Eventually after some emergency phone calls we found the correct location which was provided by the property manager. The property manager had sent directions to booking.com but they were not forwarded to us. Regardless, why is booking.com showing the wrong address which is the address we relied upon when booking?
