Frankovići 10 km from Motovun: Single-family house "Šterna", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Frankovići 8 km from the centre of Pazin, 30 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 20.Apr. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, terrace, barbecue. In the house: internet access, table football, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Huis is ok alles is aanwezig,fijn zwembad,bedden kunnen beter. Hetgeen je niet ziet op de foto's is de boerderij van de buurman 50 meter naast het huis: Vies,stank van een Mesthoop en blaffende honden de ganse dag. Gevolgeen massa vliegen die het onmogelijk maken om buiten te eten. S. (eigenaar) doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken maar de boerderij daar kan hij weinig aan doen.Voor ons blijft het dan ook bij deze ene keer.
