About this house rental
House for 4-5 persons: A cozy, covered terrace leads to the front door. The house comes with a living space of approx. 65 m2, spread over two floors. On the ground floor is a bathroom with shower and an open-plan living area including a couch, a kitchen and a dining table. Corkscrew stairs lead to the attic featuring one double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. The living area on the ground floor is equipped with air conditioning. There is one additional bed (90 x 190 cm) available for 1 child up to 10 years of age which can be either set up in the living area or in one of the bedrooms. Furthermore, there is a small lounge including an open fireplace, where delicious barbecues can be prepared.

The host family keeps chickens, dogs and cats. Homemade produce like wine, schnapps, eggs, and fresh seasonal vegetables is offered for purchase. WiFi free of charge.
Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.

Wir waren von diesem Ferienhäuschen gleich begeistert. Es liegt in der Mitte von Istrien und ist somit hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen geeignet. Das wunderschöne Häuschen mit der tollen Terrasse hat eine sehr ruhige Lage in einem kleinen Weiler. Die Eigentümer sind unheimlich nett, sehr gastfreundlich und herzlich. Sie haben auch gute Tipps für Ausflüge.
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca. 4km entfernt in Zminj. Dort gibt es am Ortsrand einen größeren Supermarkt, in dem man alles Notwendige kaufen kann.
Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sehr sauber und wir wurden 2 mal pro Woche mit frischen Handtüchern und 1 mal pro Woche mit frischer Bettwäsche versorgt.
Vor allem die überdachte Terrasse hat es uns sehr angetan. Man kann dort herrlich sitzen und die Ruhe genießen.
Alles in allem können wir dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen - die Gastfreundschaft hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Das Ferienhaus liegt in ländlicher Umgebung und dennoch in idealer Entfernung zu interessanten Städten und Sehenswürdigkeiten (Porec, Rovinji, Pula etc.). Die Ausstattung ist ausgezeichnet. Darüber hinaus ist die Inneneinrichtung auch sehr hübsch. Besonders hat gut hat uns auch die überdachte Veranda gefallen. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine ganz hervorragende Unterkunft mit allem Notwendigen. Sehr nette Vermieter, die sich sehr ums Wohlfühlen bemühen, ohne aufdringlich zu werden. Eine echte Oase mitten in Istrien und fern ab vom Touristenrummel. War schön, hierhin immer wieder zurück zu kehren. Sehr wertvoll ist die überdachte vorgelagerte Terrasse. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
