The interior of the property was better than the photos. A very large bedroom with ensuite bath. Very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. Super location close to Broadmoor, Ivywild, downtown, the zoo, etc.
There was no entrance to the house on the street because the front of the house was a separate unit. The entrance to the back of the house required a short trip down the street to enter an alleyway that wound around to the back of the house. If you had your own car this issue would not be a problem at all. But I did not have a car. The alley is dirt and gravel which is hard on high heels and luggage wheels:) The alley is overgrown with vegetation and quite dark. Although there were no signs of bad guys in this neighborhood, it was kinda scary for me walking through the alleyway after dark.

The home was perfect for our small group! It was awesome being so close to Cheyenne Mountain, close to all of the hiking trails and still close to downtown! We had a great experience and definitely recommend to anyone with a small group that wants to be close to the amenities that Colorado Springs has to offer!
