Are you looking for a charming apartment with breathtaking sea views — and ideally, right on the water? Then Terrazza sul Mare is the perfect choice. True to its name, this beautiful holiday home offers direct access to the sea and a large panoramic terrace.
Located on the first floor of a historic Masseria — one of the few directly on the seafront — this unique apartment blends character, comfort, and an unbeatable location.

From the cozy living-dining area, you step straight onto the spacious terrace. After a refreshing morning swim, enjoy breakfast outdoors in the fresh sea air. This is the perfect place to relax in peace and quiet, enjoy a sunset aperitivo, or savor a romantic dinner under the stars — always with the sound of the sea in the background.
The sea is right on your doorstep, with both sandy beach and rocky areas. Just behind the house, another idyllic little bay is waiting to be discovered.
Though not particularly large, the apartment offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with a personal touch. Soft terracotta, vanilla, and orange tones, combined with natural stone accents and select antique furniture and prints, create a cozy, Mediterranean feel.

1 indoor bathroom
1 additional shower room with WC located on the terrace

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Marina di Ostuni sehr genossen: Wir wurden sehr nett von Grazia empfangen und während der Urlaubstage bis zur abschließenden Wohnungsübergabe sehr gut betreut. Die Wohnung mit dem grandiosen Panoramablick auf das Meer ist bestens ausgestattet, so dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Auch die Terrassen-Möblierung ist ansprechend und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ab und zu wehte eine "recht steife Brise", aber das gehört zur Natur. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen direkten Zugang zu einem kleinen Strand. Dort gibt es auch ein gutes Restaurant mit herrlicher Fischauswahl.
Wir waren recht früh im Jahr dort, so dass der kleine Küstenort Marina di Ostuni Ende April noch recht verschlafen wirkte. Ein Mietwagen ist ein must. Schnell ist man dann in dem schönen Hauptort Ostuni und den vielen weiteren sehr sehenswerten Städtchen mit apulischem Charme in der Umgebung. Samstags findet in Ostuni ein Wochenmarkt statt - den sollte man nicht verpassen. Neben den köstlichen apulischen Genüssen werden auch Schuhe, Textilien usw. angeboten. Die weitläufigen Strände und die unter Naturschutz stehende Dünenlandschaft haben uns an die Nordsee-Strände erinnert - nur ist das Wasser in Apulien zudem türkis-farben. Sehr schön - so wie unser gesamter Aufenthalt. Grazie Puglia.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und gepflegt, mit großzügiger Küche und viel Platz im Ess- und Schlafzimmer. Das Bad in der Wohnung ist etwas klein geraten, aber dafür gibt es noch ein zweites WC/Dusche in einem Raum auf der Terrasse. Apropos Terrasse: das ist das absolute Sahnestückchen der Wohnung und garantiert herrliche, entspannte Urlaubstage!!!!

tolle Lage direkt an der Adria. keine 1o Schritte bis zum (priv) Badestrand.grosse Terrasse am Meer.
gemütl Wohnung. aber unbequeme Matratzen in den Betten( kann verbessert werden!)
