In a quiet side street in the heart of Cap Ferret, in convenient walking distance to the main beach and close to the bike path, this spacious and comfortable two-story villa is located on a 1300 sqm large, enclosed idyllic property. The house is divided in a spacious apartment on the main floor and 2 studios on the ground floor. Garden integrated stairs lead to the lovely upper terrace with dining area, sun loungers and parasols. Living room with sofa , fireplace, TV and dining area. Separate fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and pull-out single beds. 2 shower-rooms, 2 toilets. On the ground floor there are 2 studios, located on different sides of the house, each with a separate entrance and private terrace. In each studio there is a room with kitchenette and bed-sofa, a bedroom with double bed 1.40m, shower and toilet.

This house is just the perfect place for a big family as we were, or even a combination of family and friends. There are two supplementary studios, very convenient and the main apartment. The huge terrace is great, big garden to relax after the beach and the surrounding is quiet, yet everything in walking distance.
