This modern half-timbered vacation home is located in the Sehestedt/Jadebusen vacation park at the end of a cul-de-sac. The layout of the house is family-friendly with an open-concept design featuring a cozy living room, a dining area, and a kitchenette. Additionally, the first floor includes a master bedroom, a children’s room, a bathroom, and an utility room with a dishwasher and washing machine. An additional bedroom with a loggia and a bathroom are located on the upper floor, which is accessible via a lockable staircase (child safety gates at the top and bottom). The fenced-in yard with a partially covered patio is perfect for playing in the sandbox and barbecuing. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away or can be reached by car.
