Uns hat es in diesem Haus sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Alles ist sehr Sauber und Ordentlich. Das Essen auf der Terasse ist ein Genuss. Es hat eine neue Küche mit super Aussicht auf den See. Mit den Kindern kann man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto sehr gut in Cannobio an den Öffentlichen Strand. Einzig die Auffahrt ist wirklich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber das gehört einfach dazu. Und man hat einen grossen schönen Parkplatz. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Familie Sailer für das "Gastrecht". Liebe Grüsse von Familie Zemp

Wir haben das Objekt so vorgefunden wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos ersichtlich war. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Sailer war sehr gut und Hilfreich. Die Auffahrt zum Objekt ist wie beschrieben etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber zu schaffen. Es war ein schöner Urlaub und waren sicher nicht das letzte mal da.

Schönes Feriendomizil mit toller Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Zentral gelegen für Ausflüge nach Ganobio oder ins Tessin sowie auch nach Cannero oder Intra. Die Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail ist vollständig und entspricht exakt den Bilder. Die Zufahrt benötigt etwas südländische Gelassenheit ist aber gut zu bewältigen.

Wir waren im September eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus, welches wirklich genauso ist wie beschrieben und wie es die Fotos zeigen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war ausgesprochen nett. Und die Informationen zum Haus umfangreich. Die Anfahrt hat uns schon etwas zu schaffen gemacht, höchstwahrscheinlich war unser Auto einfach zu groß und zu schwer. Andere sind besser hochgekommen. Die Lage ist wunderschön und ein Aufenthalt absolut zu empfehlen.

Dit vakantiehuis is zeker een aanrader. Het kost wat moeite om boven te komen door de 8 steile bochten naar boven maar het uitzicht vanaf het mooie terras maakt dat meer dan goed. De inrichting past bij het huis en alles is compleet in huis op beddengoed en handdoeken na. Het contact met Familie Sailer / Erika Sailer was top!! Heel gastvrij en makkelijk bereikbaar. Compliment! In 10 minuten rijden vind je het strand en boulevard van Cannobio en supermarkten, restaurantjes en winkels. Heerlijk genieten 🌞!!

Prachtig uitzicht, prima woning, pittige toegangsweg

Een prima verblijf van 2 weken gehad. Helaas was er bij aankomst een ware mierenplaag... op zeker 4 plekken stonden lokdozen, maar helaas krioelden ze nog massaal rond. Wij hebben er nog enkele mierenlokdozen bijgeplaatst én een spuitbus tegen mieren aangeschaft - na ongeveer 5 dagen waren de mieren verdwenen... Maar het gaf een minder prettige start in de vakantiewoning. Echter - nadat de mierenplaag bedwongen was hebben we genoten van woning en uitzicht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er en het is heerlijk vertoeven op het balkon of terras met schitterend uitzicht op het meer. De toegangsweg vereist wel stuurmanskunst: steil, smal en heel aantal bochten - vooral met een zwaar beladen auto was het tijdens de aankomst een behoorlijk pittige uitdaging... af en toe slipten de banden en bij tegenliggers zal een van beide toch terug moeten... Cannobbio met boulevard en terrasjes is een echte aanrader! Maar terugkijkend zeggen we: we hebben genoten!

Fantastischer Blick! WLAN super. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir waren zu dritt , alle etwas älter. Frau Sailer war sehr freundlich und hat uns sofort geholfen, als wir nicht weiterkamen, was an uns lag.

Sehr schöne Lage mit weitem Blick über den See, gut ausgestattete schöne Küche, gemütliche Terrasse, schnelle Kommunikation mit Vermieterin. Mit Baby im Herbst etwas zu kühl (kalte Fließen und etwas zugig), wir hatten allerdings auch zeitweise Pech mit dem Wetter. Vielen Dank für den netten Aufenthalt!

Das Haus hat alles was man für einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub braucht und ist gut ausgestattet. Einzig WLAN wäre manchmal ganz nett gewesen, was für uns aber bei der Wahl des Hauses nicht maßgeblich war. Wer möchte schon in irgend ein Gerät glotzen, wenn die Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore so unglaublich schön ist. Die ganze Seeseite des Hauses ist über einen großen Balkon begehbar und bietet einen Ausblick, wie wir ihn bisher noch nicht am Lago hatten. Und schlägt man am Morgen die Augen auf, sieht man direkt über den See. Dabei wirkt das Haus mit seinen großen Glastüren offen und gemütlich. Wohlfühlen pur. Wie schon in anderen Kommentaren erwähnt, ist die Auffahrt zum Haus aber ein Erlebnis. Der momentane Zustand der Straße tut noch sein Übriges, soll aber, soweit wir das mitbekommen haben, in Angriff genommen werden. Wir durften auch die Besitzer (Sailers) kurz kennenlernen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Menschen! Der Kontakt war auch schon im Vorfeld immer sehr gut. Für uns war es eine wunderschöne Zeit und unsere Kindern (6, 11, 13) fanden das Haus toll. Wir kommen wieder!

Hyggelig bolig i skønne højtliggende omgivelser. Akomstvejen er lidt af et mareridt, og kræver tilvending at køre op og ned ad. Hyggelig terasse, hvor der dog kun er morgensol. Huset har ikke internet men der er ok 4G forbindelse i området. Alt i alt var vi meget tilfredse med huset.

Dieses schöne Ferienhaus kann man nur weiter empfehlen, es ist sehr schön eingrichtet und auch in der Küche fehlt kein Haushaltsgerät. Toll der Balkon ums halbe Haus mit verschiedenen Sichten auf den Lago. Die steile Auf- und Abfahrt mit vielen uneinsichtigen Kurven war mit dem PKW jedes mal ein Abenteuer, Gott sei dank ist uns kein mal jemand entgegengekommen. Wir würden es aber wieder machen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend, was die etwas beschwerliche Auffahrt entschädigt. Die Vermieter sind extrem freundlich, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mit unseren drei Enkelkindern (13, 13, und 9) genossen wir einzigartige Frühlingsferien in der Casa Sailer am Lago Maggiore. Wesentlich geprägt erlebten wir die Ferien durch das Ferienhaus hoch oben mit weitem Blick über den blauen Lago und die im frischen Grün gegenüber liegenden bewaldeten Berge. Einfach auf der grosszügigen, rund um das Haus gebauten Terrasse im Lehnstuhl liegen und in die blühende Weite blicken, war Erholung pur. Die Kinder fanden viel Platz zum spielen auf den Geländeterrassen und im Haus. Das Haus ist mit der zutreffenden Beschreibung der Vermieterin sehr gut zu finden und mit dem eigenen Auto gut anzufahren. Das grosszügige Haus besticht durch seine vollständige, keine Wünsche offen lassende Einrichtung. An alles ist gedacht. Frau Sailer ist zu uns Mieter herzlich und unkompliziert. Fasziniert waren wir von der reich blühenden und sattgrünen Vegetation: Palmen, in vielen Farben blühende Azalleen, Kamelien, rote Rhododendren uam. Selbst die Kinder, die Gärten gewohnt sind, staunten ab der blühenden Pracht mit dem Blau des Lago und des Himmels im Hintergrund. Selbst die in den Feedbacks oft erwähnte schwierige Zufahrt, war beim zweiten Mal kein Problem mehr. Frühlingsurlaub im perfekten Haus in dieser warmen, blühenden Umgebung im Frühjahr wiederholen wir. Besten Dank Frau Sailer. Eric, Monika, Tiziana, Matteo und Angela

Immer wieder schön ... und wie !

Immer wieder schön ... und wie !

Wir waren dieses Jahr bereits das zweite Mal hier im Casa Belvedere. Und wieder hatten wir blendendes Wetter und herrliche Tage. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Bummeln machen einfach nur riesigen Spaß ( jeden Sonntag Markt in Cannobio ! ) Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist steil und spannend ( kommt jemand entgegen ? ... schaffe ich´s diesesmal wieder ohne zurück zu setzen ? ) aber der Ausblick ist stetes grandios : 30 km des Sees liegen vor Einem und lassen die Tour des vergangenen Tages stets Revue passieren. Ausflugstipps : Schiffstour an die drei borromäischen Inseln mit Essen auf der Fischerinsel ( Isola Superiore / Pescatori ), Fahrt ins Verzasca-Tal ( bis zum Ende ! ), Rundfahrt ins Cento Valli über Locarno, Ré ( Dom !!! ), Domodossola, Intra. Achtung : die Wiederholungsgefahr ist in diesem herrlichen Anwesen extrem hoch ! Die Kontakte zum Vermieter sind äußerst liebenswürdig und stets willkommen. Hier passt einfach alles. Wir sind nächstes Jahr im April wieder hier. Die Verhandlungen laufen schon :-))

Wir verbrachten dieses Jahr 2 tolle Urlaubswochen in diesem Domizil. Der Blick auf den See bei Sonnenauf- und untergang ist unbeschreiblich. Die Terrasse lädt zum Sitzen bis spät in die Nacht ein. Das Haus ist zwar nicht das modernste, aber sehr sauber und ordentlich aufgeräumt. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Von einem Schlafzimmer aus genießt man herrlichen Seeblick! Vielen Dank noch einmal an den Vermieter - es war ein toller Urlaub!

Das Ferienhaus lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist einmalig. Alle nötigen Dinge sind vorhanden. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sie seeeehr steil und eng ist. Man gewöhnt sich aber schnell daran. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Supermärkte gibt es ausreichend in Cannobio (2 km vom Haus entfernt). Als Badestrand ist der Strand in Cannero Riveria zu empfehlen. Dieser befindet sich 4 km vom Haus. Gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten vorhanden! Wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen.
