About this house rental

The vacation home is located in an absolutely quiet and sunny spot with a scenic view, between Cannobio and Cannero, about 6 km from the Swiss border. A spacious living room with marble floors and the large balconies and terraces opening onto it offer a well-maintained living environment. Thanks to its south-facing location, the rooms are very bright and cozy. From the living and outdoor areas, there is a magnificent view of the Italian lakeside town of Luino, Lake Maggiore, and the mountain ranges beyond. The vacation home is situated in the middle of a terraced garden with Mediterranean plants at the end of a cul-de-sac, about 200 m from the lake. It features a wraparound balcony terrace and a garden terrace with a barbecue area. Two parking spaces are available directly next to the house.
