The approximately 110 m² detached and tastefully furnished 5½-room house "Casa Ponte Ballerino" is located near the river Cannobina, only about 5 minutes walk from the beautiful old town of Cannobios with its shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. The lake with the free public bathing beach as well as the romantic lakefront promenade can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Numerous beautiful hiking trails invite you to explore the scenic Valle Cannobina directly from the house or to "experience" the area by bike. The house has a spacious outdoor area consisting of two balconies and a 300 m² well-tended garden with terrace, which you can reach from the separate living room or from the house entrance. Internet access is available on request (Wi-Fi). You park your car either in the garage or on the parking space within the enclosed property. If you are traveling with the camper, there are public parking lots nearby. In the garage are three bicycles for free use. Pets are not allowed.
