The detached holiday home is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location at the edge of the forest. Available for use: children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 7 rooms (from which 6 bedrooms), is 200 sqm and can accommodate up to 20 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating, central heating (gas) and underfloor heating. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 2 additional beds at sleeping accommodation, fireplace and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 additional beds at mattress and Extra beds are reached in gallery, above, with steep stairs. 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each as intersecting room and with 1 double bed and 2 additional beds at mattress and Extra beds are reached in gallery, above, with steep stairs. Cooking nook in the living room with dishwasher, electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Anteroom with lounge. 5 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and baby bed. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Kořenov, 700 m ASL. The holiday home is located on a garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is situated by the mountain stream. In winter, snow chains are mandatory. Parking (for 7 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from the end of June to the end of August, can be heated, 4 m x 7 m, 1 m deep). The pool is heated when the air temperature is above 13° C. Therefore, the pool temperature is influenced by the air temperature and cannot be guaranteed.

Sehr schöne Lage. Gute Ausstattung. Großes Grundstück. Viele Schlafgelegenheiten. Pool, Grillmöglichkeit, Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme. Hervorragend für Gruppen.

Toller Preis und Qualität und sehr freundlicher Service. Das Haus bietet viel Platz. Es ist alt und die Ausrüstung in der Küche kann besser sein. Wenn Sie jedoch nicht besonders gern Luxus haben, kann dies mehr als gut sein. Sehr zu empfehlen.
