About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a new building on the ground floor with private entrance and garden with terrace. It has double walls for good insulation against cold and heat, the water is heated by solar energy. There is an open kitchen with ceramic hob and oven. The living room has a leather sofa, TV with satellite, fast WiLAN and full bookcase. Both the living room and the bedroom is accessed via 2 large glass doors to the patio. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. The terrace has sun all day depending on the season. Garden furniture, hammocks and parasols are available.
There are beautiful hiking trails in the area, beaches for surfing and natural sea swimming pools for swimming.
A parking lot is right outside the door.

Property was perfect, clean and well maintained. Host was readily available but not overbearing. Many places to walk, eat and enjoy the ocean close up or from cliffs above. The. Little village is friendly and a little Mercado only steps away is quite well stocked, this was the most thoroughly stocked home I have been in. Host had spices, oils, vinegars, dish-ware and pans. It was like you really could cook if you wanted but not necessary as there are 2 sometimes 3 restaurants below and several above, all with-in walking distance. Back garden was a big plus too.

A lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and very well furnished and equipped. It has a delightful small garden with table, chairs, lounger and hammock and is perfectly situated in Las Aguas. Karin is very friendly and helpful in every way. We would highly recommend this apartment for a holiday in Tenerife.

Eigentlich sagt die Überschrift alles!
Wir haben 4 Wochen in der geräumigen, nach deutschem Standard eingerichteten Anliegerwohnung der Vermieterin verbringen dürfen. Uns fehlte es dort an Nichts!
Ein kleines, sehr nett angelegtes Gärtchen stand uns zur Verfügung.
Trotz Anliegerwohnung hatten wir unsere absolute Privatsphäre, wenn man von den gelegentlichen Besuchen der sehr ruhigen und lieben Hündin Ralla absieht ;-).
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und versorgte uns einen mit allen wichtigen aktuellen Informationen (der Corona Virus war im Anmarsch).
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung und auch in Las Aguas, einem kleinen Fischerort sehr wohl gefühlt und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort. (Wenn nicht andere Urlauber uns ab jetzt diese Perle immer wegschnappen ;-))
