About this house rental
This year for the first time we are renting out our cozy, and with much love fitted house. The house was renovated from the bones in 2013. On 95 square meters, the house offers space for up to six guests. On the first floor a spacious bedroom equipped with a double bed (180x 200), a fully equipped kitchen, an eating area as well as a separated eating room and a bathroom with Toilet and shower are located. On the upper floor, a second spacious bedroom with double bed (180x200) invites its guests to relax during their vacations. The living room offers next to TV, Radio/CD and DVD-Player also a wood stove for cozy hours together. A studio couch offers a sleeping possibility to two more people. In order to enjoy the beautiful view, the balcony can be entered from the hallway located on the upper floor.
In the basement there is a additional bathroom located as well as a washing machine.
On the property there has been a sand table installed (summer 2013).

Wir hatten tolle 12 Tage in der Villa hög tomta! Ein tolles Haus in traumhafter Umgebung mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Ansprechpartnern sowohl im Vorhinein über E-Mail als auch vor Ort!
Der große Garten und die vielen Spielmöglichkeiten in und ums Haus herum haben unsere 3 Kinder begeistert!
Ebenfalls bietet die Umgebung eine Menge Highlights für Tagesausflüge!
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und geben eine uneingeschränke Urlaubsempfehlung für die Villa hög tomta!

Die letzte Station unserer Schwedenreise war diese schöne "Villa Kunterbunt", wie wir sie von Anfang an genannt haben. Durch die gute zentrale Lage in Småland sind viele Ausflugsziele (Empfehlung: der nahegelegene Elchpark sowie eine Fahrt mit der Schmalspurbahn nach Västervik, einem der schönsten Orte, die wir in Schweden gesehen haben!) leicht erreichbar, in der Umgebung findet man aber auch überall idyllische, ruhige Natur.
Das Haus ist sehr charmant eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz, ebenso wie das große Grundstück perfekt für Kinder zum Spielen ist (inklusive sehr viel Spielzeug!). Die Vermieter wohnen auf dem Nachbargrundstück, man bekommt voneinander aber so gut wie nichts mit.
Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt zum Abschluss, der die Abreise aus dem wunderschönen Schweden noch mehr erschwert hat. Wir kommen aber wieder, und falls es uns noch einmal nach Småland zieht, dann auch sehr wahrscheinlich nochmal in die "Villa Kunterbunt". :-)
