About this house rental
Your dream home in Corralejo, Fuerteventura, is located in a small, new complex with about 20 units right on the beach. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from downtown, with its small shops, restaurants, and bars featuring live music. Small sandy coves are nearby, which are also ideal for surfers and families. Enjoy the view of the white boats in the harbor and the islands of Lanzarote and Lobos with a glass of wine in a setting that never fails to captivate.
The “Rocky Point” (Punta Helena) surf spot, right in front of the resort, has recently become a true mecca for SUP surfers.
Skate park (with a half-pipe, etc.) Very close by!
Accommodations:
A residential complex located right on the water / beach with private access offers a generously appointed section of the home with exceptional comfort in one of the top locations in Corralejo.
The three-story residence offers a magnificent view of Corralejo Bay (from the living room on the 1st floor). There are 2 bedrooms in the basement (Bedroom 1: one double bed; Bedroom 2: two single beds) and a sofa bed (for 2 people) on the first floor (living room). Each floor has its own bathroom/toilet. The open-concept kitchen and dining area (with access to the terrace) are located on the first floor.
In the basement, there is an additional shower and laundry room (with a washing machine and ironing board).
The village of Corralejo is just a 5-minute walk away and offers all kinds of recreational activities (shopping at brand-new malls, small, cozy restaurants, a port with a ferry to Lanzarote, and of course all kinds of water sports).
There’s also a brand-new skate park nearby.
Since this is a private residential complex, we ask for complete silence starting at 11 p.m. This is not a party spot!
No smoking inside the house. Sorry, there is no WiFi or Internet available.
Do not move furniture, and do not bring in luggage or surfboards.
Do not damage the walls!
Trash cans can be found on all streets in Corralejo. Do not leave trash in the house.

We enjoyed our stay at Seahaus Fuerte very much. Check-in was very easy and well communicated. All rooms including kitchen are very clean and the complete house appeared as described in the online listing. Free parking alongside the street - you have to be patient as there is always a free slot available.We will come back.

maison spacieuse, bien équipée, bien placée. si la pièce avec vue mer avait été une chambre au lieu d'un salon, cela aurait été parfait !

La casa gode di una posizione eccezionale, è a pochi passi dal mare e dalle spiagge di Corralejo e il centro del paese è raggiungibile con una passeggiata. La casa è su tre piani e il mare si vede solo dall'ultimo piano (è un condominio sul mare ma seahause è in seconda fila) dove c'è una stanza con divano a letto e un bagno. Le camere da letto sono nel seminterrato e dalle finestre che sono in alto si vede soltanto la casa difronte. Nel seminterrato ci sono due camere da letto e un bel bagno completo fornito anche di bidè. Al piano terra c'è la cucina che però purtroppo è molto piccola e priva di lavastoviglie, inoltre il lavandino è piccolo e lo scolapiatti è di legno appoggiato sullo scolatoio del lavandino, perciò la gestione dei piatti e delle stoviglie è molto scomoda, noi eravamo solo in due ma essendo la casa per 4-6 persone, mangiare in casa in più persone diventa molto scomodo. Il balcone esterno è fornito di un bel tavolo e un barbecue per mangiare esternamente, ma il tutto in inverno è praticamente inutilizzabile in quanto non essendoci copertura ed essendo esposto all'ombra è sempre bagnato a causa dell'umidità. La casa nel complesso è carina, ben curata e pulita, gli arredi sono discreti ma un'altra cosa che non ho apprezzato è stata che al momento della prenotazione si vedeva una casa con piscina, quando siamo andati la piscina era chiusa e ci è stato detto che in inverno non funzionava (altre nello stesso condominio erano funzionanti). Sarebbe più corretto quando c'è la piscina se non è funzionante tutto l'anno scrivere i periodi di chiusura.

This was a great villa, in a superb location. From the top balcony we had stunning views of the ocean and a lovely gentle breeze. We were within walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shops. The villa was very clean. We had enough room for two adults and two children.
