Location:
The apartment is centrally located in Friedrichshafen. The city of Friedrichshafen offers very good bus connections to the trade fair (without changing 5 minutes), the bus stop is directly in front of the house, but you can also get there on foot in 20 minutes. You can reach the shore of Lake Constance in 15 minutes on a pedestrian path.
There is a large shopping center with cafes, several restaurants and bars, a bakery that is also open on Sundays, just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The entertainment options such as bowling, cinema, fitness studio, sun stidio are in the immediate vicinity.
Furnishing:
The apartment has just been completely renovated and is on the 1st floor. The large window makes the apartment very bright. The apartment has a living space of 50 square meters, is complete and functional.
There is a living room with a sofa bed, a double bed and a fitted kitchen, a balcony and a bathroom. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and a baby. The baby cot and high chair are available on request for a fee.
The apartment is furnished with brand new furniture. The kitchen has a stove with ceramic hob and oven, a fridge with freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher. There is also a pad coffee machine (Philips Senseo) as well as a toaster and a kettle.
The tea towels, bath towels, hand towels and bed linen are also available. A flat screen TV. Smoking in the apartment is not permitted.
There is a parking space in a reserved parking space in the courtyard directly at the house. Visitors who bring their own bikes can lock their bikes in a separate basement room. WiFi usage is free.
Upon request, guests can be picked up from the airport or the train station.

The apartment was difficult to find and we had problems at first in getting access. Though small it was comfortable and quiet. It was hot while we were there but there was a good fan to use and we enjoyed having a balcony.
There were food outlets in the shopping centre but we didn't find any nice restaurants nearby.
Although described as 'central' it was a good 15-to-20-minute walk to the main railway station. There was a bus stop nearby but no information on bus timetables, routes, or ticket prices provided by the host.

Super netter Kontakt und tolle Ferienwohnung. Lage zentral und gut erreichbar. Alles vorhanden was man gebraucht hat um die Zeit zu genießen :-) super sauber und charmant eingerichtet

Vom ersten Kontakt über das Ein- und Auschecken war alles sehr unkompliziert. Eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin stand für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Sie bot durch die Lage einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Touren und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir können Sie nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank.
