The detached holiday home, built in 1975 and renovated in 2014, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.
