In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Communal covered parking. Shop 2.5 km, grocery 1.2 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 1.8 km, railway station "Villars-Bretaye" 2.9 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km.
