Absolutely stunning property in a peaceful beautiful neighbourhood in South Óbidos. Our stay was honestly the best private property stay we've ever had, the house was perfect, spotless, fresh and smelled clean, we met João on arrival and he allowed us to drop our bags off 3 hours early while he finished getting the house ready, took us on a tour and was so friendly and easy-going. The view is spectacular seeing the wonderful horizon of stunning Leiria, the pool was excellent, amenities, access, rooms, bathrooms all perfect! He even left coffee pods with the machine in the kitchen and washing pods, dishwasher tablets. Even everything you need to cook a lovely meal! Honestly have nothing but lovely things to say about João and his property we would love to come back especially as we have family only 15 minutes away! We only had one trouble the entire time we were there and that is that the mattresses were far too firm for us but that's a personal opinion.. can't take away from the 10/10 trip we had. Thank you João

Perfect location to spend your vacation! Obidos is reachable by car in less than 15 min.. The laguna of Obidos / the beaches of Foz do Arelho are not so far away (by car approx. 25 min.). The house is full equipped with all what you wish and need. The house as well the private pool is very nice. The house is very silent located! The communication with the owner of the house, Paulo, was likeable and very helpful at all the time. All in all, it’s really a very nice place to relax and to enjoy your vacation. The house as well of course the whole location is highly recommended!

March was not a great time of year to stay (our choice) and we hadn't appreciated how cold it could be. Unfortunately the house was particularly cold and the owner wasn't keen on us using the gas heating. So we were pretty much cold the whole time we were there, particularly the kitchen with no radiator. I found the beds very uncomfortable, and on our last day (a raging storm) the WiFi stopped working. I'm sure it will be a delight in the summer, however
