I liked the location and secure parking.
The pool is difficult for older people or people with a disability to get in and out. It should have steps at one end. There was a shallow section to walk into but then the pool had a large drop off.

Excellent location, just a short walk to cafes, restaurants, shops and marina. Very spacious and well appointed kitchen. Everything you need for a great holiday. Secure car park downstairs.
Mattresses are getting a little tired and saggy but still ok.

The location was fabulous as it was close to the Marina, the beach and also the fabulous Nelson Bay restaurants and shops. The pool was a bonus when the wind picked up at the beach.
Only one bathroom/toilet was a little tricky at times.
