The property was spotlessly clean and larger than it looked in the photos. The beds were comfy and linens were hotel quality. The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered promptly. N
Nothing really! We were really happy with the property. The 10min walk into town does have some hills so may be something to note if you are mobility challenged.

Wonderful house. We had a great stay with our children and grandchildren. Facilities are great, everything you need. Good value, great location.
The managing company personnel were a bit officious and there is additional paperwork. Make sure you read the fine print. We couldn't even invite my 90 year old parents, who live in the area, over for a cup of tea.
It was still a great stay though. We loved it.

The property was exceptional .......... as a family we've stayed in numerous properties in Nelson Bay over the years but none meet the comfort, cleanliness, location or appointments of this property. The property was amazing and we'll be back for sure.
Our stay was too short.
