The views - all of the bedrooms have an ocean view. Nature balcony - birds and trees, nice for relaxing Location - easy walk to the Marina and the town. Have enough necessary stuff in the house. Check before you go shopping.
We have to bring our own towels and sheets - take up so much space in the car. You can ask for it at an expense that you would buy another sheet set easily. They said they don't provide laundry power and dish washing liquids but they did!

Good location close to town. Good size apartment.
Apartment gave a shabby impression. Carpet in dining area badly stained, some other carpets were not much better. Windows were dirty, could do with washing. Grime around fridge door handle. Tiled floor grout could do with a clean.
