住宿地點很方便，離火車站很近，要去搭市區公車也方便，地點無論走去古蹟或是飲食都很方便。
大門用密碼鎖，因附近有其他飯店，常常會有小型貨車出入巷弄，如果小型貨車在巷弄時，會聽不到密碼鎖的聲音，很容易輸入錯誤。晚上房間會有一定頻率的低頻聲音，不確定從哪邊來的，但不到吵不至於影響睡眠。

一樓公共空間寬敞，每間房間都有全套衛浴，非常適合多對伴侶或家庭一起包棟。民宿主人解說詳盡，如果較晚抵達可以採用自助check in。房間維護的很好、設備很新，枕頭很有支撐性不會塌陷。每間房間都有獨立的密碼鎖，若非包棟的話可以增加隱私與安全性。
一樓沒有廁所跟洗手台，需要回到各自房間稍微不便。各自房間都有電視，但公共空間沒有電視。

location was close to the train. The apartment is cleaned well, air con works well for hot Tainan weather.
There was a strange cleaning agent or bleach smell in the bathroom that just doesn't go away......which ruined the whole experience
