This sensational holiday home is set right on the water's edge at beautiful Lady Bay and is perfect for the Summer Holidays. Featuring open-plan living with awesome views of Lady Bay Beach and the coastline from the lounge and kitchen with huge glass doors that open onto the deck. Imagine stepping straight off the deck onto the sand. Featuring two separate living areas, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Location: Exclusive Private Beachfront in Lady Bay
Bed configuration: Sleeps 6 max (4 bed/2 bath) 2 queens, 3 singles, 1 trundle
Facilities: Open plan Living, Dining, Kitchen and separate Lounge
Features/entertainment: tv, dvd, Stereo, bbq
Heating/cooling: Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. Fireplace (Firewood is not supplied)
Pets: Strictly negotiable
Fenced: Not Fully Fenced
Special features: Huge Deck overlooking Lady Bay Beach, amazing views
Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, will be incorporated into the rental fee
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers:

Love Love Love the location hop skip jump onto the beach. Property very clean plenty of space and very comfortable. Will be back again have fallen in love with this place. Thank you to the owners and the real estate staff they were awesome to deal with. A1 for everything.

What a delightful place to stay!
Nothing between us and the beach!
For a dog friendly place I was impressed by the quality of everything and how clean it all was. Our dog had a blast on the beach, even though it was covered in mountains of seaweed…that made it more fun!
It was relaxing to have the fire and the kitchen was fully equipped for the meals we made (although we did have to byo our coffee pod machine).
We loved our weekend at 20 Lady Bay Rd and hope we can book again.

This place was everything we wanted. The beach was private and peaceful and the house had absolutely everything required to make our stay comfortable and so much fun. Will definitely be returning x
