Eduardo the Concierge was very helpful. I had an issue with the rolling blinds in the bedroom and he took care of it right away. Outstanding service! Thank you

Security and front desk is very good, friendly and helpful. Location is good, although the property is known to flood during rainy periods. Various restaurants nearby.

The property was located close to beach. The unit was a nice size but the cleanliness could have been better. The couch cushions were very stained. The washer and dryer looked like it was from a heavily used laudromat.
Some basics supplies were missing but were provided immediately upon notifying the property manager on site.
