About this house rental

This beautiful vacation house, built in the typical stone style of the country, is located on the island of Murter in the village of Betina. The house is modern and comfortably furnished and spreads over three floors with external stairs. On each of two floors there is a kitchen with living area, and therefore the house is ideal for two families to spend their vacations together. In front of the house is the beautiful terrace with pool and a veranda from which you can enjoy the view of the sea. The island is surrounded by beautiful sandy and pebble beaches, ideal for children, but also small coves are there to be discovered. Day trips to the national parks Kornati or Krka are recommended. You can also visit the historical cities of Zadar and Sibenik and enjoy a mass of entertainment there. There is a church near the house. You can get to the island of Murter via a bridge from the mainland.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.

The holiday apartment impressed us a lot with its bright, clean, and well-equipped rooms. The three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were ideal for 6 people. The outdoor covered seating area, dishwasher, grill, and pool were highlights. Convenient central location.

Herrlich schön gelegen, ruhig und doch zentral

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Freundlich hell, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 6 Personen und mit den drei Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern natürlich ideal versorgt. Auch die obere Küche hat uns ausreichend Platz und Möglichkeiten geboten. Eine Spülmaschine dabei, super! Besonders gut hat uns der überdachte Freisitz im Außenbereich gefallen. Ein einladender Ort für gemeinsames und gemütliches Beisammensein zu jeder Tageszeit. Der Grill wurde gerne genutzt und war leicht zu pflegen. Herrlich erfrischend auch der Pool direkt daneben. Alles in allem eine tolle Ferienwohnung in zentrales Lage, wo wir fußläufig morgens schon alles für den täglichen Bedarf frisch besorgen konnten. Die benachbarte Kirche ist sehr schön, das läuten der Glocken gehört dazu und war für uns persönlich in Häufigkeit und Lautstärke völlig in Ordnung. Wir hoffen, das die Gäste und der Besitzer die Anlage weiterhin in gutem Zustand behalten, damit noch viele Gäste daran Freude haben können.
