Private setting but close and easy access to downtown

Cute half of a duplex with a nice bedroom, well-appointed bathroom, and comfortable sitting area. The kitchen was perfect for coffee and breakfast; we didn't do any cooking but it would have been easy to do so. We would definitely consider staying there again.

It may not be 100% clear that this is a duplex. The neighbors door is maybe 20 feet away. We ran into them coming and going and we could hear them next door. The backyard is also common, with a few shrubs separating you from the other side of the patio. Although fenced, the patio is less than 10 feet from the windows of a very run down property. Not the privacy we thought we would get.
Living room was decent sized for two, kitchen is small with limited counter space, but fine for a short stay. Bedroom and bath are tight even for two. There isn't much space between the bed and the walls or the bath and the end of the bed. Your suitcases will need to be in the closet.
Everything was clean, kitchen was reasonably stocked and there were lots of towels. Bath also had soap and shampoo provided.
Check in was seamless. Very few requirements for end of stay cleaning, which we appreciated.
