About this cottage rental
This cozy, private suite is a great place to experience the best of Walla Walla. Located only a short walk from downtown, you’ll have easy access to over a 100 wine tasting rooms and great food and shopping. Whether you're planning a weekend trip or a longer vacation, you'll feel right at home in this thoughtfully furnished guest house. We are also a block away from St. Mary’s hospital and 10 minutes away from Bennington Lake for a beautiful hike.
The space
This relaxing and clean space includes a bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and 3/4 bathroom with a washer and dryer a comfortable and perfect stay for two persons. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a dresser, and two nightstands with convenient USB plug-ins to charge your electronics. Please help yourself to extra blankets from the dresser if you’d like.
There is plenty of room to enjoy a meal at the dining table or relax on the plush sofa and loveseat and watch a movie on the TV. The kitchenette includes a fridge, air fryer, electric cooktop, pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. We also provide you with Keurig coffee pods, an assortment of teas, sugar, salt and pepper and oil to cook.
In the bathroom, we provide fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, hand soap, and laundry detergent. There is place to hang clothes if needed. The space has heating and air conditioning and an additional space heater is available if needed. This unit is to accommodate two persons per stay, if you ask prior your booking a third may be added with an extra fee. For early check in there is a twenty-five dollar extra fee and has to be requested at least two days prior your stay.

The place was small, as advertised, but comfortable. Location was very good for walking to downtown restaurants, tastings, etc. Overall, a decent place to stay.Communication with owner: I received nothing proactively, but anytime I reached out with a question, I received the info I needed quickly. The night before I arrived, I'd still not received info about how to check-in the next day, and when I emailed, I was advised that an automated email gets sent at noon on check-in day. Getting an email ahead of time about that plan would have been helpful (and consistent with other VRBO owners).

Check in could have gone a little smoother, the actual rental is in the back of the main property off the alleyway and dental office parking lot. Cozy little place with a small kitchenette and plenty of room to spread out. I reached out to the host regarding a problem we experienced and they were responsive and helpful despite being out of the country. Very close to downtown and everything was accessible with a short walk.

Our stay was great. This place has everything you need for your stay. There is a small kitchen with everything you need to eat in. Bonus it's walking distance from main street. You can easily Walk to several wine tasting spots, restaurant's, and shops. It was very quiet and we didn't hear any neighbors the entire time. The only downside for me is the bed was not comfortable. It was to firm for me. I prefer a softer mattress. However, the pillows and blankets were great. All in all great little place.

Exact directions to the front door would be helpful. We had trouble locating it in the dark.
