In the upper part there are two bedrooms and bath with whirlpool and WC. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In the second bedroom has two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa with sleeping function, have space on 2 people.
The house is located in the Baltic Sea Park (formerly cottage settlement 35), a quiet side street with no through traffic. From here it is from the sea about 250 meters.
The large Jasmund is reached in about 600 m. In the immediate vicinity of the house, the nature reserve of Wittower Heide starts. The white sandy beach is bordered by dunes and pine forests.
