Exclusive thatched roof house with sauna and fireplace, newly built in 2012. Non smoking house. Upscale furnishings with modern, tasteful furnishings. Underfloor heating. Free wifi. Internet, terrace with seating, grill. Garden with old trees, 2 parking spaces at the house. Comfortable 6-room house with 120 sqm living space on 2 floors. Ground floor: Cozy living / dining room with fireplace, couch, satellite TV, DVD, radio CD, dining table, very well equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Sauna. Bath / WC. Washer and dryer. 1. Floor: Three double rooms (one with satellite TV), one 2-bed room (with satellite TV) bathroom / toilet. Very child-friendly (2 high chairs, 2 travel cots, underfloor heating)

The house was a wonderful place to relax from an active day on this beautiful island. The house was equipped with everything you need to unwind. The house was very clean, well decorated and spacious. Is was very comfortable even though we had cold weather. It does take some time to figure out the right temperature for sleeping, but that just a minor detail. The beds are comfortable, and we all wished we could stay for another week...

Sehr schön gelegen in einer Ferienhaussiedlung in einem Waldstück. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand - unsere Lieblingsstrände waren definitiv Schaabe und der Nordstrand, beide mit Dünen und genügend Abstand an jedem Tag zu den Strandnachbarn, kein Vergleich mit z.B. Haffkrug oder Scharbeutz.
Sehr gepflegtes Haus, sehr sauber und bei der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wie wir festgestellt haben ist es eines der wenigen Häuser in der Siedlung mit 4 vollwertigen Schlafzimmern. Wenige Minuten zum Bäcker im Ort, Supermärkte auch in der Nähe.
Die Sauna lässt auch mal einen Regentag überbrücken.
Sehr gute Betreung durch den Hausmeister und Vermieter während des Aufenthalts.
Perfekt für Ruhe und Natur, nächstes Mal würden wir aber definitiv alle unsere Fahrräder mitbringen, um die tollen Radwege durch die Wälder, z.B. Richtung Kap Arkona zu erkunden.

Der Gesamteindruck war soweit ok. Die Sauberkeit lies etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Kommunikation zum Hausveralter war da, aber auf die Reperatur der Lampe warten wir heute noch.
Auch die Bitte etwas zum aufwischen (Sauna) einen Stiel zu erhalten wurde nicht erfüllt.
Das Haus als solches entsprach unseren Erwartungen.
