Wonderful spacious converted carriage house in mint condition overlooking 1/2 acre of secluded park like property. Very clean and bright. The first floor features living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath. The spacious master bedroom with bath (shower and bathtub) is on the second floor. The second floor also features 2 more large bedrooms with shared full bath. The third floor bedroom is an open space with its own full bath. Hardwood floor throughout the house. Sun filled as the house has plenty of windows and 7 French doors. Part of the former Mansion estate, the Carriage House was completely remodeled while preserving the original brickwork, beams, fireplace and the distinctive style of its estate days that will make you feel like stepping back into the old world charm. Undeniably a unique house! Walking distance to train. Close to stores, restaurants, beach, tennis courts, and golf courses. Also close to the Glen Cove Mansion. Property manager was friendly and met us at the house when we arrived. She remained accessible during our stay. The house comfortably accommodated 6 adults and 4 children with bed sharing by the children. We would stay at the house again.
