About this cottage rental
In the heart of the idyllic Warftendorfes Rysum, is our newly renovated cottage, located 2 km from the North Sea. The apartment of 90m2 can accommodate 2-4 people and is ideal for wheelchairs and mobility challenged. The beautiful garden with a spacious sun terrace invite you to linger. Directly at the house there is ample parking for your car. Rysum entfert is 10km from the seaport city of Emden and 17km from the famous fishing village Greetsiel. Just around the corner there is a bakery and if they do not feel like cooking, you can indulge in 'Rysumer Plaats' culinary.
From summer 2011 until the fall of 2012, the house was completely gutted and re-bricked up and isolated new. The house now offers modern comfort and the climate of a new building. Only the old outer clinker was intentionally preserved and reminds now the charm of the 100 year old house.
We have furnished the house with love and wish that they feel as comfortable in our house as we do. The apartment is furnished as follows:
Kitchen: dishwasher, microwave with grill, gas stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle
Living room: sofa set 3 + 1 and flat screen TV (satellite).
Bedroom: double bed height 55cm, nursing bed frame.
Children's room: 2 single beds height 62cm
Bathroom: WC height 50cm. Folding grab handles left and right. Diameter 1.20m shower, underfloor heating, shower seat height 50cm, saugbare handles for individual mounting
The entire apartment is tiled and almost exclusively decorated with natural wood furniture, so it is ideal for allergy sufferers. Upon request, a flour mill can be provided. Our web site: nannishuuske. de

Wir waren zu zweit über Silvester in Nannis Huuske und wollten in ruhiger Umgebung ein paar Tage entspannen. Dafür war die Ferienwohnung mehr als geeignet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch für 4 Personen gibt es genug Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Aufgrund pers. Umstände konnte Vermieterin zur Übergabe nicht pünktlich vor Ort sein. War unprobleamtisch da Hinweis auf Schlüssel vorhanden war und Vermieterin später vor Ort war. Keine Wartezeit vor Ort. Leider wurde nicht bekannt gegeben, dass das Objekt u.a Montags durch Vermieterin mitbenutzt (Obergesschoß wurde für Kurse benutzt) wurde. Für ein Fereinhaus gehört solch ein Umstand vor Anmietung bekanntgegeben, da die Geräusch trotz anderslautender Aussagen deutlich zu hören waren. Leichte Hygienmängel im Bad mit Fußbodenheizung (Dusche) und Küche (Kühlschrank). Deckenleuchte im Wohnzimmer beschädigt aber funktionstüchtig. Nachts leider teilweise Nagegeräusche im Bereich des OG im Deckenbereich im Schlafzimmer (wahrscheinlich Maus oder anderes Nagetier). Dieses wurde Vermieterin sofort zur Kenntnis gegeben und von dieser zur Kenntnis genommen, aber nicht weiter kommentiert. Grundstück leider nicht 100% für Hunde tauglich, da dass Objekt nicht komplett abgeschlossen ist. Austattung des Hauses ist insgesamt gut. Freies WLan vorhanden. Ein Backofen fehlt. Microwelle mit Grill vorhanden. Betten, davon eins elektrisch verstellbar und behindertengerecht, knarzen ziemlich heftig. Eingangstür zum Schlafzimmer läßt sich nicht komplett öffnen, da diese gegen Nachtschrank stößt. Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein großes Gartenhaus mit allerlei Gartenmöbeln und Auflagen und Tischen für den Outdoorbereich. Insgesamt erholsamer Urlaub leider mit Abstrichen in Bezug Hygiene und auf die Mitbenutzung durch die Vermieterin und vorallem durch die nächlichen Nagegeräusche über dem Schlafzimmer.
