My friend and I stayed here for Momocon and it was great! Very clean property, check in and check out was easy, and it was close to the convention center, which was a huge plus. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great pricing and easy walking distance to the aquarium! Great communication with the host and will definitely be staying here if I need to return to Atlanta.

Comfortable and clean. Stayed for a convention and the location was really convenient. Really close to a MARTA station and The Hub which is a giant food court, along with other neat cafes and bakeries (highly recommend Flaky Not Flaky!). Checking in with security, while unusual for this kind of rental, was quick and smooth. Regarding another recent review, it's in downtown Atlanta and a pretty touristy area. Yes there are going to be some homeless people around but they're just trying to get by. I never felt unsafe.Really my only recommendation for improvement would be to replace or even just remove the non-slip mat in the bathtub, because it actually detached and slid which made me almost fall twice.

The first day was terrible! They did not have us on their list to stay. Front desk was not helpful at all. I had to call host and have her call the front desk Vrbo was not cleat with directions or parking! It took us over 1 hour to check in. The surrounding of the building is not safe. I was going to fox theatre after we checked in to get tickets for Hamilton but with all the problems we had checking in and parking fee, I was too late to get the tickets because they had sold out by the following day. The building is a 1962 model. The building smelled fine with now old smell. It was pretty close to the aquarium, centineal park, etc There were a lot of homeless that were hanging out in front that would harass you when you went outside.There was a situation yesterday evening with a bunch of young kids bickering and fighting on baker street and parking lot you park in for
Over four hours! No police officers to contain the groups!!
