About this house rental
The small holiday home stands on a large garden plot of 2000 m². In front of the house there is a long orchard to the village street Pronstorfer Straße with little through traffic. On the other hand, the property borders directly on the fields and the forest, the Klingenbrook.
The large French doors lead to the back of the field on a large terrace with herb beds, behind it a large playground, a flower wall and a barbecue area - and a fantastic view over the Klingenbrook. The church tower of the Pronstorf church peeps picturesquely from a distance through the bend.
Furnishing
The house has a living space of 40 square meters and has an open kitchen with dining table, a merging living room and bedroom and a separate bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower. Bedroom with double bed, kitchen with stove and oven and a table oven (for baking and preparing frozen food), fridge with freezer compartments, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster. Daylight bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower, hair dryer and washing machine. TV and radio. Underfloor heating.
Surroundings
Goldenbek is a small farming and livestock village with just over 200 inhabitants. It lies between Bad Segeberg (approx. 15 km) and Lübeck (approx. 20 km), well connected to the A20 (Geschendorf exit). The Baltic seaside resorts Travemünde, Scharbeutz, Timmendorfer Strand can be easily reached in 20 - 30 minutes by car.
The hilly landscape of Holstein Switzerland invites you to stroll along the grain fields, horse pastures and through small forests. A somewhat longer walk leads to the picturesque Wardersee in Pronstorf, which stretches long and narrow into the landscape. Impressive megalithic graves line the way to Pronstorf, 3 km away.
In Westerrade, on the other side of the Klingenbrooker forest, there is the next village shop (approx. 2 km). You can find all shops in Bad Segeberg. On Wednesday and Saturday there is a market on the Segeberg market place.

Eine Woche haben wir Haus und Garten genossen und die Gegend (sehr ländlich) und vor allem Lübeck und die Ostsee erkundet. Das Haus ist recht neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gobt super gute Matratzen in dem Bett. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Hat alles gepasst.
Und unser Hund war willkommen und fand das Grundstück auch klasse.

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen mitten in einem wundervollen Garten und das in absoluter Ruhe auf dem Land.
Was will man mehr? Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und wünschen diesen lieben Vermietern Gäste, die das so zu schätzen wissen wie wir. Danke und die besten Wünsche für die Zukunft von den Angersteins mit Lorka+Tali.

Wir waren Ende Mai 2021 für 6 Tage zu Gast. Die eingestellten Fotos verschaffen einen zutreffenden Eindruck vom Objekt. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und recht neu.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder buchen.

Das Haus überzeugte mit seiner Lage ebenso wie durch seine Ausstattung. Bei letzterer sind besonders die Matratzen lobend zu erwähnen. Ihre Qualität liegt weit über dem Durchschnitt bei Ferienhäusern.
Das Objekt liegt wunderbar ländlich, ist aber dank dennoch perfekter Verkehrsanbindung ideal für Exkursionen von Westmecklenburg bis hin nach Fehmarn, den Nord-Ostsee-Kanal und sogar die Schlei. Wir waren fast täglich mit dem Rad unterwegs, direkt vom Cottage aus oder irgendwo an Küste oder Kanälen. Und natürlich haben wir auch die Altstadt von Lübeck erkundet. Insgesamt war es eine tolle Zeit.
