Idyll and yet a little life around it if desired? Then you are exactly right here.
We rent our house with close proximity to a swimming lake in a beautifully landscaped holiday area. Our house has a dining room, living room with large living area (2 beds) and fireplace (wood available), a bedroom with double bed, a small room with emergency bed and closet, a kitchen with all conceivable electrical appliances (stove, oven, microwave, Fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, Wassermaxx, Dolce Gusto machine), a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage room with dryer, as well as a washing machine and a freezer.
Opposite the house there is a block house of 4x4m, in which there is also the possibility of an overnight stay (pull-out sofa).
The property is completely fenced. There are seating sets, garden loungers, hammocks, hanging swings, table football, table tennis, badminton, balls, 2 bicycles, 2 barbecues on site which logically can also be used.
Our house is located on a holiday complex, which has a lot to offer for young and old:
- Beautiful swimming lake with a partially artificial sandy beach
- separate children's area with slide and water equipment
- pedal boats
- children's playground
- kiosk
- restaurant
- climbing forest
- small airfield
The location is quiet but still central, as you only need 15 minutes by car to the sea (Dangast). It is just as quick to get to the next bigger city and Oldenburg can be reached in just 20 minutes.
