About this apartment rental
Your lovingly furnished 80 sqm apartment was recently completely renovated and offers enough space for 2-4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and offers a wonderful view over the Voerde district.
At the same time, it is the ideal starting point for numerous explorations in the area, such as the Kluterthöhle, the open-air museum in Hagen, bike tours to one of the many dams or the exploration of nearby cities such as Cologne and Düsseldorf as well as the Ruhr area. A beautiful and extensive forest area is only a few minutes' walk away and is ideal for long hikes.
Furnishing:
In the spacious living room you will find a comfortable sofa with enough space for 4 people. This sofa can be folded out in no time and offers comfortable space for 2 people with a bed of 1.60 x 2.00 meters.
There is space for 4 people at your dining table, an existing high chair can be used on request.
In your newly furnished kitchen you will find all amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stove and oven. From here you can also access the small patio with a view of the countryside. Spices, tea and sugar as well as the drying towels are included in the price.
Your bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a large closet and your own TV. A baby travel cot can be provided on request. Bed linen is included in the price.
The bathroom has a spacious rain shower, 1.00 x 1.00 meters, toilet and vanity. Sufficient storage space and storage facilities are available. 1 shower towel and 2 towels per person are included in the price.
A "starter set" toilet paper and kitchen towels is also included in the price.
The garden can be used to end an eventful day. The terrace is at your sole disposal.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Please use the patio or garden area for this.

Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung ein entspanntes Wochenende verbracht. Es fehlte uns dort an nichts. Wir sind sehr herzlich von Frau Reinke empfangen worden und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war kurz aber angenehm. Um ausführlicher bewerten zu können müssten wir wiederkommen.
Die Wohnung hat einen sensationellen Ausblick, ists geräumig und bietet, wenn mal Zeit hat, bestimmt viele Annehmlichkeiten.
An Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und Ruhe kann man absolut nichts aussetzen. Wir kamen später als geplant an, hatten durchgehend freundlichen Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, welche dann schlussendlich auch auf uns gewartet und uns die Wohnung übergeben hat.
Der einzige Wermutstropfen war dass man, wie in einer Ferienwohnung an sich auch üblich, nicht mal einen Kaffee zum Frühstück machen konnte, weil man alles hätte selbst mitbringen müssen, was aber ja aufgrund der sehr späten anreise, dem vollen Terminkalender in Dortmund und der dann auch (logisch) geschlossenen Geschäfte nicht möglich war.
Wir hatten uns bewusst für eine Ferienwohnung und gegen ein Hotel entschieden und waren glücklich mit der Wohnung am Am Sonneck und Frau Reinke als Vermieterin.
Alles in allem, fair, preislich gut und sauber, gepflegt und kommunikativ einwandfrei.
