Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Fotos aus der Hausbeschreibung zeigen zwar das Objekt, das weitgehend immer noch so aussieht, sagen aber nichts über den derzeitigen Funktions-, Erhaltungs- und Pflegezustand aus. Fazit: Tolle Lage, Wohnung etwas verschlissen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Auch die Lage ist perfekt. Kurze Wege überall, ... zum Strand, zur Ladenstraße. Sogar unser nicht ganz mobiler Opa konnte mit Rollator mit uns die Ferien verbringen. An einigen Türen mußte er den Rollator einklappen, um durchzukommen aber immerhin war es möglich. Herr Nettling war ein sehr hilfdbereiter host. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte fewo.

Optimale Lage zum Strand und in die Stadt! Das Auto hat auch Urlaub.....

Die zentrale Lage ist das größte Plus dieses Ferienhauses. Zum Strand sind es 100 Schritte, in die Altstadt ist es auch nicht viel weiter. Man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen. Mit seinen 3 Schlafzimmern ist das Haus auch für die Großfamilie geeignet. Es hat zwei WC und eine Dusche, was bei mehr als 4 Personen zu Engpässen führen kann. Dank Durchlauferhitzer gibt es immer genügend warmes Wasser. Das Haus wurde 2013 neu renoviert - und gefühlt wurde seither nicht mehr wirklich viel getan. So sind teilweise die Sonnenrollos durch die Sonne zerstört und bieten keinen Schutz mehr. Im OG sind zwei Fenster nicht zu öffnen, was in heißen Sommern zu unangenehmen Temperaturen führen kann. Der Vermieter wohnt auf dem Grundstück und ist jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr bemüht. Mit den drei verschiedenen Außensitzplatzbereichen kann man je nach Temperatur und Sonnenstand das geeignete Plätzchen finden. Alles in allem ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Wiederkommen.

Küche war nicht sauber,im Badzimmer Fenster konnte man nicht kippen und auch nicht sauber! Im oberen Schlafzimmer hat Nachtischlampe gefällt!!!!¨Auch im Schlafzimmer und Bad waren die Rollo defekt.Die WC Bürsten müsste man öfters auswechseln!!!!! Der Hofplatz könnte sauberer sein sehr viel Sand.

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet - hell und freundlich, alles ist sauber, alle notwendigen Küchengeräte sind vor handen, der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nicht ganz optimal waren die Kopfkissen und die Jalousien in den Dachfenstern, aber da wurde Nachbesserung versprochen. Die Lage ist super - man kann barfuß zum Strand gehen, und Eckernförde ist eine nette Stadt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir hatten Haus 1 für ein Paar Tage. Die Lage war super, in direkter Strandnähe und nahe dem Stadtzentrum mit Spazierabstand zu Geschäften und Gastronomi. Parkplatz auf dem Hof vor dem Haus! Schöne, saubere Räumlichkeiten und gut disponiert und eingerichtet. Sehr netter Empfang und Hilfsbereitschaft vom Vermieter. Leider ein Paar "Schönheitsfehler", hier und da eine Glühbirne, die nicht funtktioniert, Ferhseher ging, aber Fernbedienung leider nicht, Abfluss in der Toilette in EG war verstopft, Handgriff an den Glastüren der Duschkabine waren defekt oder schon teilweise ab, Rollade im Schlafzimmer im EG war kaputt. Alles im Allem keine grossen Dinge, aber hat uns irgendwie doch gestört.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Der Strand, die Stadt sowie Hafen und Restaurants direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben alles prima zu Fuß erreicht. Der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die zentrale Lage ist unschlagbar und man konnte aus den oberen Fenstern aufs Meer schauen. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr entgegenkommend und wir wurden nett begrüßt. Das Apartement selbst ist stilvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
