Die Lage ist perfekt.
Die Fotos aus der Hausbeschreibung zeigen zwar das Objekt, das weitgehend immer noch so aussieht,
sagen aber nichts über den derzeitigen Funktions-, Erhaltungs- und Pflegezustand aus.
Fazit: Tolle Lage, Wohnung etwas verschlissen.
