Privlaka is an idyllic, tourist fishing town on the Zadar Riviera. It is located on the peninsula between Nin and the island of Vir, near the historic port city of Zadar. Here in the Apartments Laura, you can look forward to happy holidays in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere.
The apartment, which was built in 2016, is approximately 50 square meters in size and is tastefully and modernly furnished. The air-conditioned and heated apartment has a balcony (7 sqm) with a sea view. Apartment Laura offers a heated outdoor pool and a furnished sun terrace. WiFi is free in all areas. A fireplace (grill) is available for guests on a shared terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and an oven. The private bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Laundry facilities are also available.
Apartments Laura is located 80 meters from the sandy beach. The beach is not only suitable for swimmers but also for small children and non-swimmers. The beaches are away from traffic and noise.

On-site parking is free. Zadar Airport is 30 km from the property.

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Meer und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Werden gerne wieder kommen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen.

Neue und sehr saubere Fewo mit Balkon im 1. Stock (Pool- und Meerblick). Sie Vermieter sprechen sehr gut deutsch und waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, z. B. großer Kühl-und Gefrierschrank, neues modernes Bad und bequemes Bett. Für eine vierköpfige Familie optimal. Bäcker und Strandbar in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Sand und Felsstrand vor der Haustüre. Gesamte Anlage inkl. schönem Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt. Kommen gerne wieder. Danke an Fam. Hren

Soweit alles ok bis auf die klimaanlage die hat bei uns nicht funktioniert die ersten 10 Tage, erst dann wurde sie repariert. Ob wir dort noch einmal fahren das weiß ich nicht.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Tolle Lage, nur 2 Minuten zum Meer.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
