Privlaka is an idyllic, tourist fishing town on the Zadar Riviera. It is located on the peninsula between Nin and the island of Vir, near the historic port city of Zadar. Here in the Apartments Laura, you can look forward to happy holidays in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere.
The apartment, which was built in 2016, is approx. 45 square meters and is tastefully and modernly furnished. The air-conditioned and heated apartment has a loggia with limited sea views. Apartment Laura offers a heated outdoor pool and a furnished sun terrace. WiFi is free in all areas. A fireplace (grill) is available for guests on a shared terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and an oven. The private bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Laundry facilities are also available.
Apartments Laura is located 80 meters from the sandy beach. The beach is not only suitable for swimmers but also for small children and non-swimmers. The beaches are away from traffic and noise.
If you would like to get to know Croatia and its dream beaches on the Adriatic, we will be happy to provide you with a motor boat.
On-site parking is free. Zadar Airport is 30 km from the property.

Super und saubere Wohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Mit Hunde überhaupt kein Problem. Zum Strand 3 Minuten mit super Strandbar. Die Lage ist leider etwas außerhalb, so dass man zum Essen gehen immer ein Auto benötigt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem super Zustand, alles neu und sehr gut in Schuß.
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und der Betreuer vor Ort ist immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich habe absolut nichts zu beanstanden.
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir würden immer wieder das Appartement buchen.

Zuerst einmal, Danke an Frau Hren! Sympathisch und netter Kontakt 🌺 Wir waren schon in vielen Appartments in Kroatien. Dieses Appartment hat uns am besten gefallen. Sehr modern und der Pool hatte auch eine gute Länge zum schwimmen.Herr Mirko ist sehr bemüht alles in Ordnung zu halten. Top Hausmeister und sehr freundlich. Uns hat auch gefallen,das unsere Hündin willkommen war🐾🐾. Die Strandnähe und die Ruhe vor Ort,das ist Erholung pur. Hier ist kein Massentourismus und man kann sich v. Alltag richtig erholen. Wir können diese Anlage aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen! Note 1+++
