You can't beat the location and the parking right outside was great. The food was really nice and good variety. The restaurant staff were very friendly and polite. The room was a great size for us and the 2 kids, plenty of room to spread out in a modern room.
I reserved the lift passes through the hotel before we arrived. They then admitted an error on their behalf and couldn't honor the discount, so in turn it cost me nearly double to book the lift passes as we arrived in resort. The receptionist was very unapologetic and made it out to be my fault. A really bad start to the holiday. My advice, prebook direct with the lift company and not the hotel!

Location excellent for ease of slopes for new skiers or those wanting quick access. Hotel staff were helpful and polite. Food at buffet was a wide choice with plenty fruit and veg. Rooms spacious and comfortable.
Choice of after ski relaxation for our children 10-14 was a bit limited as no access to spa to under 16s. No soft furnishes in main reception atrium so noise reverberates in the evening.

Clean and the sauna was good
The place is sterile and the staff reserved. Lacks a bit of soul. Can't even get a glass of wine with the dinner. Do not offer takeaway lunch packs, despite being situated at the doorstep of the national park.
