Elegant fully furnished apartment (70m²) in the suburb of Dusseldorf.
Our modern and fully equipped Non smoking rental is perfect for 2 guests, it can however also find two more people on the sofa bed in the living room a nice and quiet place.
In the holiday apartment 1 large bedroom of 20m², with double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk.
In the living room of 25sqm fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar is integrated. Find everything you need coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, etc. The living room has a large sofa bed, armchair, wall unit, TV and DVD. Furthermore, part of the apartment is a large bathroom with corner bath, toilet and shower and another separate guest toilet.
In the hallway you have a large mirror fitted wardrobe available.
The floors are covered with tiles and parquet. Wireless Internet available. Sheets and towels are provided, pets are available on request.
The apartment is located on the first floor, we as owners live on the ground floor and are accessible at any time for requests, arrival and key.
Around the house are plenty of free and secure parking
In 5 minutes walk you can reach the S-train station and 8 minutes to Dusseldorf main station and in 20 minutes at the Wuppertal HBF. The A3 and A46 motorway is 10 minutes.
Baker to reach restaurants and supermarket just near the hotel.
In 10 minutes you are at the Unterbacher See to many water sports such as sailing, surfing, rowing, hiking and swimming.
Furthermore, you are here in the immediate vicinity of many leisure activities available such as: hiking, jogging and cycling paths, day tours of Neander path and Fun Neanderbad. Golf courses, racecourse, riding stables and a beauty farm are available in the immediate vicinity.

I can not recommend this property enough to everyone!! The flat was fantastiy clean and so roomy. We were greeted by Elke who went above and beyond to help us with supplies as we had been travelling for so long it was very very kind and nothing was a bother for her and could be contacted at anytime.
We hope we can visit again soon as the location was so close to Dusseldorf by local train.
Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Lovely private apartment,top floor, (in private home) located in nice quite rural village. Convient to transit, (8 min walk) to train/ transit center. 10 min ride to Dusseldorf central. Where we were for business, so nice to leave noise of city behind eqch evening. Gracious helpful hostess. Easy walk to bakeries, cafe, town center. Wonderful fine dining restaurant < then 500 meters, pleasant evening stroll.

I highly recommend staying with Elke! She was very responsive, the flat was clean and there’s even a tub(which I used to soak my tires feet!). It is about 8 min from the train station and bus station. Stop at the bakery nearby for some wonderful coffee, sandwiches, yogurt. Stay her for a quiet and serene experience. She also has the beautiful garden to relax in! Highly recommend and I will stay here again when I visit Germany.

Nach einem harten Arbeitstag konntenn wir uns in dieser Ferienwohnung richtig gut erholen, die Beine hoch legen und bei einer Tasse Tee uns entspannen. Die Lage ist prima: nicht weit zum Bäcker, Supermarkt und Bahnhof ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.
