Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis (15.May. - 30.Sep.), children's playground. In the house: lift, sun terrace. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop 900 m, railway station "Luino" 5 km, shingle beach 900 m. Please note: car recommended.

Traum Seesicht vom Balkon. Einrichtung sollte man mal erneuern. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. In den Schränken dicke Staubschicht.

Wir hatten in der Ferienwohnung in Belmonte eine tolle Zeit. Die Ferienwohnung und die Poolanlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und hatte einen schönen Ausblick. Bei einem Stromausfall haben uns die Mitarbeiter von Interhome in Italien sofort geholfen.

Positief: Mooi uitzicht, zowel voor als achterzijde. Negatief: Appartement was niet schoon. Was stoffig en lag glas scherven op de vloer. Dit is aan de organisatie doorgegeven en een tijd afgesproken voor de schoonmaak. De schoonmakers zijn niet gekomen op de afgesproken tijd. De slaapbank was verre van comfortabel. Het matras was dun en de veren voelde je doorheen. De key unlocker was niet geactiveerd, waardoor wij niet van de faciliteiten (zwembad) gebruik konden maken.
