Large resort "Rosablanche", 8 storeys, built in 1972. 10 m from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, pond. Tennis (01.Jul. - 15.Sep.), basketball, children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, sauna (extra). Massage (extra). Steam room (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking 100 m extra. Shop 10 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 7.7 km, railway station "Sion" 20.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 7 km, skisport facilities 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school, children's ski school 10 m, ski-kindergarten 7 km, sled run 100 m, ice rink 7 km, children's playground 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: 4 Vallées 10 m. Hiking paths: Barrage de Cleuson 5 km, Bisse de Chervé 5 km, Bisse de Saxon 200 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Sports shop / ski rental. Heating in winter only. A cash deposit is requested for the key of the parking gate and the parking card (CHF 200.- or EUR 200.-). If you are leaving early morning, you may collect your deposit the evening before departure and will have to pay the parking for the last night.

La résidence est très bien placée au cœur des pistes. Le studio nécessite un rafraîchissement et réfection de la cuisine et salle de bains. Le lavabo ne s’écoulait pas bien, le crépis des murs tombait dû à l’humidité,, la porte de la cuisine ne fermait pas. Ces anomalies ont été signalées sur place. Le prix de location est le même que celui d’autres studios qui ont été rénovés. Très bon service de la part d’INTERHOME

pro: + direkt im Skigebiet / perfekter Ausgangspunkt + günstiger Preis + Mikrowelle, 2 Herdplatten, Kühlschrank + Geschirrtücher und Spülmittel (alles, was man braucht) + gemütlich eingerichtet + Betten waren bereits bezogen / Handtücher vorhanden + gutes WiFi kontra: - Parkplatz auf dem abgeschlossenen Gelände könnte in Hochzeiten schwierig werden - Skikeller etwas schmuddelig die Vorteile überwiegen ganz klar - wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Wohnung, sehr zentral gelegen. Das Kücheninvetar ist etwas spärlich und sollte teilweise ersetzt werden. Das Schneidebrett war nicht mehr zu gebrauchen.
