Large resort "Rosablanche", 8 storeys, built in 1972. 10 m from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, pond. Tennis (01.Jul. - 15.Sep.), basketball, children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, sauna (extra). Massage (extra). Steam room (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking 100 m extra. Shop 10 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 7.7 km, railway station "Sion" 20.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 7 km, skisport facilities 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school, children's ski school 10 m, ski-kindergarten 7 km, sled run 100 m, ice rink 7 km, children's playground 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: 4 Vallées 10 m. Hiking paths: Barrage de Cleuson 5 km, Bisse de Chervé 5 km, Bisse de Saxon 200 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Sports shop / ski rental. Heating in winter only. A cash deposit is requested for the key of the parking gate and the parking card (CHF 200.- or EUR 200.-). If you are leaving early morning, you may collect your deposit the evening before departure and will have to pay the parking for the last night.

Appartement très bien situé pour l’accès au domaine skiable. La vue est très agréable. Le confort est bon. Compte tenu du prix, nous pourrions attendre quelques améliorations : une cabine de douche au lieu d’un simple rideau, une vraie pomme de douche, une cafetière électrique, un grille-pain....

De studio is centraal gelegen en bevat alles wat je nodig hebt. Het is niet groot, maar goed ingericht. Een keukentje, prima badkamer, goed bed, voldoende opbergruimte en een balkon. Voor ons een goede uitvalsbasis voor een aantal dagen skiën. Minpuntjes waren voor ons de klapstoelen bij de tafel, de kraan bij de wastafel waar weinig water uit kwam en de platte kussens. Maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Wij hebben een prettig verblijf gehad! Er is een klein winkeltje in hetzelfde gebouw waar je brood en wat levensmiddelen kunt halen. De sleuteloverdracht ging soepel via een kluis omdat de receptie gesloten was. Er scheen wifi te zijn, maar wij konden niet inloggen. Dit hebben we niet meer gemeld bij de receptie.
