About this apartment rental
Shadow facing apartment delivered in February 2015. A 5-minute drive from Iguatemi and Ribeirão Shopping Mall and UNIMED Hospital. Easy access to USP and Agrishow by the highway.
The apartment is one bedroom, with air conditioning, built-in closet 3 doors and has a double bed, a bi-bed and an extra mattress.
Large and airy room with ceiling fan, LED TV and Wi-Fi Internet.
The balcony of the apartment has sink and built-in closet.
Building has gym and ballroom
We have a covered parking space in the garage.

Additional guest: R $ 20,00 / day (from the 3rd guest), ie:

A) kitchen: dishes, cutlery, glasses, bowls, pots, utensils for 6 people, thermos, stove, microwave, electric sandwich maker, frost-free refrigerator and table with four chairs.
B) Toilets: toilet paper, soap, face and bath towels (one set per week per person). Electric shower, glass box.
C) Room: Bed linen (one set per week per person), air conditioning of 9, 000 Btu, with remote control. 1 double bed and a double bed.
D) room: internet wifi, with router; TV 32 "with HDMI input and remote control. Rack, rug and curtain. 3 seater sofa (not sofa bed).
E) balcony: has sink, closet and a bistro with 3 stools.
F) service area: washing machine, ironing board, electric iron, clothesline and cleaning products.
Comments:
- voltage: 110V. ABNT standard tripolar outlets.
- the apartment will be delivered clean but no cleaning will be done during the stay. Cleaning equipment is available. If you need a cleaning during your stay, you can only arrange it directly with the building's cleaning lady, who can clean it after 4:00 p.m. when you leave the office.

- Not allowed to stay overnight on the sofa;
- Maximum occupancy of 5 guests, no additional guests being accepted;
- no pets allowed;
- observe the rules of silence after 10pm;
- no parties are allowed in the apartment.
- If in doubt to use any equipment, ask before;
- any breakage or damage must be repaired by the guest;
- close all doors and windows, and turn off the air-conditioners when not in the apartment.

Apartamento localizado em local tranquilo e de fácil acesso ao centro. Tudo muito bem organizado, limpo e novo. Roupas de cama e banho impecáveis. O anfitrião muito atencioso e solícito desde o primeiro contato. Os funcionários do prédio foram simpáticos e prestativos. Só tenho que agradecer a hospitalidade recebida pela primeira vez em que fui a Ribeirão Preto e que voltarei sempre que precisar para o Ed. Sol Poente.

Apartamento bem localizado, com boa
Vista para a cidade e bem ventilado. Apresenta mobília necessária para uma temporada assim como panelas, fogão, microondas e geladeira de boa qualidade. Já possui internet wifi o que é uma praticidade muito grande para quem for passar mais dias. Ótimo preço e ótima assistência
