Ótima localização, garagem privativa, facilidade de check in e checkout, fácil comunicação com a proprietária, funcionários do prédio bem atenciosos, local de bem fácil o acesso, ambiente agradável.
Cama pequena e algumas coisas quebradas no apartamento e a limpeza deixou a desejar. Apartamento não estava limpo, chão sujo, fogão sujo e até com resto de comida na geladeira.

Instalações, conforto, garagem privativa, facilidade de check in e checkout, comunicação com a proprietária e do pessoal que trabalha no prédio. Recomendo.
A localização é boa para chegar e sair de Ribeirão, perto de tudo, porém como é em frente à rodovia, é um local com barulho de carros e motos sem-noção, que fazem racha na rodovia, mesmo de madrugada. A limpeza dos utensílios de cozinha precisa ser bem melhorada, porque panelas, copos e chicaras precisamos lavar antes de usar, já que estavam sujas e as panelas estavam todas engorduradas. O ar condicionado do quarto talvez precise de manutenção porque estava muito barulhento. Se não fosse isso, seria nota 10
