We offer one of our beautiful studio apartments in a quiet, but also near town location.
Our modern and friendly furnished apartment has a size of 30 m².
An occupancy of max. 4 people is possible in principle, but should be carefully considered because of the size of our apartments.
The apartments have a small well-equipped single kitchen.
This includes, among other refrigerator / microwave / coffeemaker / kettle / toaster.
Furthermore, our apartments include a living-dining area, a double bed and a comfortable bathroom with shower.
For close relatives or family members is a modern sofa bed available, both
Bedding is 1.60 meters wide.
Wireless Internet access is complimentary.
From the cottage you can easily explore the surrounding area, either on foot or by bike. If you can not bring your own wheels, you are with us what is available.
Please understand that these are non-smoking apartments.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die sich auch gut für einen Ausflug ins Belantis eignet. Auch gut für eine Anreise per ÖPNV geeignet, da die Straßenbahn nahe der Ferienwohnung hält. Alerdings sollte man in die andere Richtung etwas besser zu Fuß sein. Die Küche hat keinen Herd und keinen Geschirrspüler. Dies fiel allerdings für unseren Kurzurlaub nicht ins Gewicht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Waren angetan sowohl von der Wohnung, als auch von den vielen Möglichkeiten, die sich uns boten, vor allem auch mit dem Hund. Es gab ein kleines Sommerkino in der Nähe, ebenso ein Fotomuseum, Schwimmmöglichkeiten in den nahegelegenen Seen und Kultur- und Einkaufsangebote in der doch sehr schönen Stadt Leipzig.

Es war eine neue Ferienwohnung, in der man sich wohlfühlen konnte. Die Größe war völlig ausreichend und die Aufteilung so geschickt, dass man in jedem Bereich (Schlafen, kleine Küche, Sitzecke) genug Platz hatte.
